Collaboration with Public Involvement Enhancing Research (PIER) group

We were delighted to meet members of the Public Involvement Enhancing Research (PIER) group on 10th September 2026.

Prof. Nigel Hart and Marian Chindedza introduced the PCRNI team, and it was wonderful to hear the experiences, perspectives and ideas of the group.

PIER work in collaboration with the Health and Social Care Research and Development department to ensure that research is conducted with people, not simply about them.

We look forward to developing this relationship further.
